Limit of participants
45 minute high-intensity session combining both cardiovascular and strength training elements using traditional kettle bell techniques. Caters for all levels of experience from beginners to advanced.
What to Bring
- Firstly, try to arrive 5 minutes early so you can get prepared and get any equipment you need in place
- Clothes to allow for movement and suitable for the activity
- Water – Stay hydrated at all times to ensure you last the pace!
- Handtowel – believe us, you’ll need it!!
