Zumba combines dance with aerobic exercises to create a great fitness class for any level of ability or experience! This high tempo class will help you to improve your coordination as well as giving yourself a great workout.
What to Bring
- Firstly, try to arrive 5 minutes early so you can get prepared and get any equipment you need in place
- Clothes to allow for movement and suitable for the activity
- Water – Stay hydrated at all times to ensure you last the pace!
- Handtowel – believe us, you’ll need it!!
- Energy & Enthusiasm!
